Hailing from Chicago, Smith Westerns tear up The Frequency with Portland's Unknown Mortal Orchestra and Sat. Nite Duets from Milwaukee. Smith Westerns latest album "Dye it Blonde" has received great reviews for the retro T. Rex/David Bowie vibe in a modern indie wrapping.  They will be on tour with Wilco later this year.
